Berry Jr. nets $3,500 PRO Tour finale at Benton County

Tom Berry Jr. returned to the driver seat of the Rick and Mia Dralle-owned No. 11 Late Model over the weekend for three PRO Late Model Victory Ford Tour events across Iowa.

For Friday's doubleheader opener at Fayette County Speedway (West Union, Iowa), Berry backed up a seventh-to-third heat run with a fifth-place finish in the 20-lap feature.

Starting Saturday's $1,500-to-win A-Main in sixth via a heat race win, Tom charged forward four positions to record a second-place finish.

Finishing one spot better in Sunday's PRO Tour season finale at Benton County Speedway (Vinton, Iowa), Berry outran J.D. Auringer in main event to secure the $3,500 top prize and his 16th overall win of the 2024 season.

The win also marked Berry's second Late Model victory in only seven starts.
